The typical onboarding process involves DIY Signup, Staging, Production and Go-Live.
Xoxoday uses bearer authentication, where each request must include an HTTP header that includes your Client ID, Secret ID, and Access Token.
To get an API test key:
Step 1: Use our marketplace URL to log in to your plum admin account.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Settings” option on the left panel, and then "Platform preferences" from the dropdown.
Step 3: Click “Generate Client ID” under Platform Preferences
Step 4: Now you have the client id and secret key, you can generate both the access and refresh token by clicking on the " Generate Token" button.

All requests to the Xoxoday API must be authenticated.Xoxoday uses the standard OAuth 2.0 protocol and RESTful Rewards API for clients to integrate Xoxoday’s vouchers into their environment.For detailed instructions on how to find and use your API key, read this.
To send a reward, you need to create an order for it on Xoxoday. You can start by first choosing the redemption options you want to offer the recipient, followed by adding funds to your account to complete the order. You can read more about it here.
Xoxoday has zero-downtime deployment. Should you run into any issues, please reach out to your implementation manager with the environment, API request, error response, and time. You can also send in your concerns to cs@xoxoday.com and we will get back to you on priority.
Yes, you can customize the rewards experience and add your brand elements using our “Campaigns” feature. There you will find loads of reusable templates, for you to customize your copy, design and reward selection settings. Adding the brands that you want to offer to your audience is now a piece of cake. You can read in detail here.

We currently do not send any notifications. However you can use GetVouchers API to check the latest status of a voucher anytime.
Pricing is designed in a way to help you get started. Xoxoday is absolutely free to use at the starter level and as you upgrade there will only be a small SaaS fee but also big discounts. You can change the plan whenever. There is no set up fee and no minimums.
The brands decide the discounts. We do not have any control over it.
